MCE COMBI I Testing kits

In the early 1980’s the MCE COMBI I kit was designed and developed specifically for MCE. After almost 40 years of distribution, we are very excited to introduce new and improved features that will enhance your testing programs.
New Features include
MCE COMBI I can detect for both bacteria; as well as yeast, mold, and fungus. It is widely used in: metalworking fluids, die casting fluids, cooling tower water, process waters, paint/coatings and a variety of slurries.

MCE COMBI II Testing kits

This kit is a European made dip slide exclusive for MCE Inc. It can detect for bacteria; as well as yeast, mold, and fungus. It also is used in: metalworking fluids, die casting fluids, cooling tower water, process water, paint/coatings and a variety of slurries.
Our MCE Combi’s can be used in the field or in a lab/office environment. They offer a lower cost measurement of microbial contamination versus expensive plate counts. Once the tests have been conducted and the results noted, the user then can determine a path forward to address the contamination in that system. These tests are easy to implement and a user guide is available to compare and determine the level of contamination.
To use these dip slides
Once growth has been confirmed, a coordinated biocide program should be implemented to control the level of bacteria, yeast, mold and fungus in that system.
A routine maintenance program using the MCE Microbial Dip Slides should be then established. The microbial dip slides are a first line of defense and most businesses set up a testing protocol based on their manufacturing or process systems. The use of the MCE dip slides will help each organization prevent costly shutdowns, delays in production and enable longer fluid life resulting in cost savings.

Easicult TTC Dipslides

These slides are intended for monitoring of bacterial contamination in various industrial environments. Typical areas where TTC is used: metalworking fluids, cooling tower waters, process waters, paint/coatings, pulp/paper and many other applications. The TTC slides are covered on both sides with TTC agar which supports the growth of most bacteria. An easy to read comparison chart is provided. The dip slides can be used in a plant or office/lab environment. Results are seen in 24+ hours.

Easicult Combi Dipslides

These dipslides are double sided with two mediums, TTC agar (yellowish) for bacteria and on the other side, Rose-Bengal Agar (pink) for fungi. These dip slides are used in metalworking fluids, fuel storage systems, process waters, cooling towers, die casting fluids, paint/coatings, paper manufacturing and many other applications. This dip slide allows for detection of bacteria and yeast/mold/fungal. An easy to use chart is provided to make a comparison. Once a determination has been made a follow-on program to control these identified issues should take place.
